Social rookies

As a new business owner, venturing into the world of social media marketing can be a daunting task. You may have nailed your product and have an aromatherapy beard oil to shout about but promoting it through social media requires a whole different set of skills. At Doc B Beards of Distinction, we found this out first-hand when our social media promotion got off to a slow start. As in glacial.

Despite our knowledge and experience in crafting high-quality beard oils, we quickly realized that we needed to up our game in the social media world. To successfully market our brand, we knew we had to build an online presence that spoke directly to our target audience and connected with them at a personal level, but above all must be authentic.


That’s why we kicked off this blog. Facebook and Insta are all very well, but there’s only so much you can say in a few sentences. Here though – within reason – we have more space to explore various themes. So, bear with

us as we get up speed with our socials and rest assured that while we may be Insta rookies our beard oils are second to none.
